Recommend Recipe Fried bitter gourd and egg

1. Cut the bitter gourd into two halves, take out pulp and seed with a spoon; 

2. Cut the bitter gourd into slices, and soak them into cold water for a while to remove the bitter taste; 
3. Cut the green Chinese onion and ginger into slices, and stir the egg evenly in a bowl; 
4. Put the green Chinese onion and ginger into hot oil, put into bitter gourd slices, and add condiments; 
5. When the bitter gourd is almost ready, pour the stirred egg into the bitter gourd slices; 
6. Add salt and condiment, quick stir-fry, done.
